About Mainline Health Systems
Since 1978, we’ve served the residents of Southeast Arkansas with a compassionate approach and a commitment to the highest standard of medical and dental care. From our first office in Portland all those years ago, Mainline Health Systems has grown to 27 locations across Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Cleveland, Drew, Grant, and Lincoln counties.
Above all else, we’re guided by our patient-first core values:
- Respect
- Honesty
- Stewardship
- Service
- Performance
Committed to change through equitable care
Every year, we treat thousands of patients who either have no insurance or not enough insurance to cover essential health services. We never deny care to those in need.
Our mission is to provide the best care for everyone, regardless of ability to pay. We work hard to ensure our financial assistance programs ensure that your family receives the medical and dental treatment you need, when you need it.

A community-centric approach
We take our commitment to serve Southeast Arkansas communities seriously, with ten in-school clinics and eight clinics throughout the region. Our goal is to provide your family with access to convenient and high-quality healthcare. We partners with schools and community leaders to connect with families, provide free resources and giveaways, and ensure your healthcare needs are met.
Patient-first care
Our primary goal is to provide the best comprehensive and coordinated healthcare for patients at all stages of life. That means we put you, the patient, first. From your medical team to the staff at your local clinic, our first priority is your healthcare. Together, we’ll work out a plan just for you.
