School-Based Health Centers

In-school clinics provide a convenient alternative to the traditional doctor’s office. Rather than leave work and school early, our on-site clinic provides quality health checkups and assessments within the safety of the school building.

At Mainline Health Services, it’s our mission to provide the highest quality care for our communities throughout Southeast Arkansas. We’re pleased to offer ten in-school clinics to support our families with K-12 students.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule an appointment at an in-school clinic?

To schedule your appointment, call the clinic at your child’s school directly, or request an appointment online. Our team will get back to within 48 hours with a confirmation and next steps.

What forms will my child need for their appointment?

Here are some common forms you’ll need. See our Plan Your Visit page for more information.

How does billing work for in-clinic medical and dental appointments?

Billing for any services at our in-school clinics works much the same as any services at our other clinics. Read more about our billing practices and accepted insurance.

What services do you offer at your in-school clinics?

This varies by location, but all our in-school clinics have a primary care provider on staff to help your child with physical exams, or treating and diagnosing minor illnesses, scrapes, and ailments. Find your nearest clinic for a fuller list of services, or contact us directly…we’re happy to help!

Do I need to be present at my child’s appointment?

You don’t! After your child’s visit, you’ll receive a follow-up call from their medical provider for a summary and any next steps for treatment.
