Terri Ferrell Eubanks, DDS serves as the Dental Director for Mainline Health Systems. She rejoined the Mainline family in 2021 and provides care at the Star City Dental Clinic. She also delivers school‑based dental services at Warren, Star City, Drew Central and Lakeside School locations, helping expand access to oral health care for students in our communities.

Dr. Eubanks has experience in both private practice and community health settings, bringing a well‑rounded background to her role. Outside of dentistry, she is a devoted Elvis fan and enjoys all things related to “The King.”
